Description

LIke a soundtrack to a 4-minute southwestern noir film. Church choir-like male harmonies over minimal atonal strings set the stage before a marching/galloping snare beat takes the listener on a brief journey into a world of mysterious characters and their comings and goings.

A really fun drums & trumpet pre-chorus at :43 "Cars driving by, match the stars in the sky (Hey-Ay, Whoa), On that night everything was perfect (Ay-ay)" leads to an anthemic chorus at 1:00. "Who do you say is coming? Who do you say was here? Who do you say is lovely?"

themes: mysterious characters, watching the world go by, people-watching, a transitory world
